ABC Staffing Group is a specialist recruitment agency with four divisions, each run by consultants who work in that sector and nowhere else. We started with one simple belief: good people deserve good work, and good businesses deserve great staff.

Four divisions, one standard.

ABC Staffing Group is a founder-led recruitment agency based in Essex. It began with nurseries and estate agencies: temporary and permanent early years staff for settings across the UK, and permanent negotiators, valuers and managers for agencies.

In 2026 the same model was extended twice. Construction Supply took the proven temp-supply and payroll engine onto building sites, and in July a Technology division opened, placing developers, data, cloud, security and IT leadership talent with companies in the UK and around the world.

Each division is run by consultants who work in that sector only. Clients get one point of contact who answers the phone. Candidates get someone who understands the job they are applying for.

Every division is worked by people who recruit in that sector and nowhere else, so they know the roles, the rates and the people.
Vetted before you see a CV
References, right to work and, where the role needs it, DBS checks are done before a candidate reaches your inbox or your site.
Payroll and invoicing handled
Temporary staff are paid weekly through an established umbrella payroll, with consolidated invoicing, so clients run no payroll admin.

Placements that last
We would rather make one placement that sticks than three that do not. Fees and rebates are written with that in mind.

A candidate’s current employer never hears from us, and a client’s vacancy is never advertised without agreement.
